How is this different from your Package service?+
Package ($12k–$20k) covers your full senior-year application or junior-year ECs with weekly mentoring, life-coaching, and unlimited hours. Hourly is unbundled: you pay for the hours you need, when you need them.
When do I get matched with a mentor?+
Within 3 business days of purchase. After you pay, you'll fill out a short Google Form (background, target schools, areas of need). Via personally reviews each case and assigns the right mentor.
What if I don't click with my mentor?+
Free re-match. Unused hours roll over to the new mentor.
How fast can I start?+
First session within 3 business days. You must start the service within 30 days of purchase.
What if I need more sessions after using my hours?+
Buy another pack. Hours can be combined; the mentor continues with you.
Refund policy?+
Unused hours are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used hours and no-shows (within 24h of scheduled session) are not refundable.
Do you cover UK admissions?+
Hourly is currently US-focused. For UK admissions (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, UCL), see our sister brand Oxbridge Solution.
Do I need to fill out a long form before buying?+
No. Buy first, then fill out a 6-question intake form. The free 30-min intro with Via is also available if you want to talk first.
