Our Story
Designing Dreams Together
Paschar Consulting was founded in 2018 to make elite admissions mentorship accessible — without compromising on mentor quality.
Why Paschar exists
Most admissions consulting firms charge $20k-$50k+ for full-service packages. The students who would benefit most from elite mentorship — the ones with real stories to tell — often can't afford to access it.
We rejected that as the default. Each person has a unique passion and drive, and university is just a tool to help achieve their dream. Proactively searching for and following one's own passion naturally leads to admission — not the other way around.
Our one-of-a-kind approach is matching students with mentors who've recently navigated the same admissions processes, with relevant major interests and backgrounds.

“Admission to an elite university is not the end goal. It is the instrument for achievement.”
— Leo Choi, Founder · Princeton, Molecular Biology
US universities seek students who know their own dreams clearly, and have lived in service of them — and intend to keep doing so. Not students who collected credentials in the shape someone else prescribed.
Paschar helps students discover what they actually want, build a roadmap that's theirs, and bring it into the world honestly. Our mentors don't impose paths. They show what's possible, point out the cracks, and stay close as students do the work.

From Australia, alone, to UPenn.
I've dreamed of studying abroad since childhood. In fifth grade, I moved to Australia and completed my elementary, middle, and high school education at local private schools. Experiencing diverse cultures there sparked curiosity about the larger world.
In 11th grade, I began preparing for U.S. university admissions. Without any formal academy or consulting support, navigating alone was challenging — yet this journey deepened my academic passion and developed my independence.
Balancing academics, activities, and an art portfolio made my senior year demanding but rewarding. I was accepted to seven US universities: UPenn (my choice), UC Berkeley, UCLA, NYU, RISD, Emory, and WashU St. Louis. Consultants previously told me I could never reach Ivy League standards — my SAT scores and grades were merely average. I succeeded through strong activities, achievements, and essays that authentically presented myself.
After enrolling, I explored majors between art and humanities through internships across various sectors; I interned at the National Assembly, BCG, mobile gaming startup, and JTBC. Working at Paschar for five years mentoring students' admissions gave me purpose. Sharing knowledge and directly impacting lives became my greatest happiness.
I often wish I had a mentor like Paschar during high school. Remember — you're not alone. Begin with Paschar today for a fulfilling admissions journey without regret.
